What areas do you service?

A: We service all areas affected by storms from Rockhampton to Newcastle.

How much do your services cost?

A: We provide free inspections. If your claim is approved, then we will pay up to $500 of your excess for Residential claims and up to $10,000 for Commercial claims depending on the size of your property. For other services, please contact us for a detailed quote.

How quickly can you respond to my claim inquiry?

A: We strive to respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24-48 hours of your request.

What should I do immediately after a storm?

A: Ensure your safety first. Then contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the damage and organise a make safe if required (water ingress is highly damaging to your property and can be dangerous, due to black mould and electrical wiring).

What warranty do you give for your workmanship?

We pride ourselves on our workmanship and give a lifetime warranty*

Is this a scam and how do you get paid?

No, it is not. Any third-party claims managers that collaborate with insurance companies must operate under an Australian Financial Service (AFS) License. These licenses are subject to stringent government scrutiny and are not easily obtained. As we can only undertake work that the insurer approves, there is no out-of-pocket expense for you. We receive payment from the builder upon the completion of the job.

We work for you. Unlike certain insurance companies that may minimise your claim, we treat your property as if it were our own. We thoroughly identify all damage to your property and ensure you receive what you are entitled to. Given the high cost of insurance, you deserve to have all damages approved.
